Our design team was asked to design a lighting strategy within a National Landscape area (formerly known as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty)
Using warm white LED luminaires with integral LED optics to prevent backlight, mounted on reduced height columns, switched via individual motion sensors per luminaire.
The outcome was almost zero back light beyond the site boundary perimeter fence and zero upward light spill (sky glow) whilst providing good light levels and lighting uniformity.
